General Information about being a stallholder
A Brief Overview (The next Fair will be held on April 5th, 2009)
Gates open for stallholders at 6.00am on the day of the Fair. The Fair is open to the public from 9.00am to 4.00pm. Stall holders can arrange to erect their stalls on the day before the Fair (Saturday) by leaving a message on the Fair phone line (08) 9386-4889 or by emailing the Fair Chairman . Stalls may not be dismantled prior to the closing time of the Fair (4pm Sunday).
Who can be a stallholder?
Anyone with something to sell or a service to promote is welcome to apply for a stall allocation at the Claremont Lifestyle Fair.
Are there any restrictions on stallholders?
Stallholders must comply with Health Regulations as stipulated by the Town of Claremont especially where the stall involves the sale of food. Please see the Conditions attached to the Registration pages.
Producers of wine or food and coffee should contact the Fair Chairman by email or phone (08) 9386-4889 before registering so an appropriate position can be discussed and management of the quantities and types of food available on the day can be arranged.
Organisations or individuals who wish to operate rides or sideshows or who wish to provide any form of entertainment should contact the Fair Chairman (phone (08) 9386-4889) before registering on the database. The Promoter will contact you to negotiate the conditions of your involvement with the Fair. One of these provisions will be your requirement to provide proof of public liability indemnity insurance for a minimum of $10 million or to discuss your inclusion in appropriate insurance cover in the case of small operators.
Stallholder registration on our database
Stallholder registration can be done either on-line (see button above) or by completing a form available by telephoning (08) 9386-4889.
Note: The Claremont Lifestyle Fair is the main annual fundraiser of the Rotary Club of Western Endeavour. All profits made are donated to worthy local, national and international causes such as Cancer Research, WA Cord Blood Bank, Camp Quality, Wheelchairs for Kids, Polio Eradication and many other beneficiaries. You may wish to contribute to this effort by gifting a donation to be included in the hourly prize draws throughout the day. Donated prizes will be displayed and the donor stallholder acknowledged throughout the day of the Fair with a reference to your stall location. You may also provide promotional material with your donated prize which we will also display on the day. We ask that you nominate the prize with your application so that we can organise an index of prizes prior to the event. We will collect your prize donation from you on the day of the Fair and suggest that you mark the prize with your stall number.

Can I see where stalls are located
In order to assist with your selection of a stall location you may like to view the stall layout or download a PDF map of the Fair by following the map link above. The downloadable map can be viewed in your browser and/or saved and printed for your future reference.
How do I select and reserve a stall?
A stall can be selected on-line or by contacting the Fair chairman.
Stall prices range from $160 to $400 depending on a number of factors including location, power and cover.
You can navigate through the maps of the stall locations by using the back button on your browser. When clicking submit buttons you should wait for the next page to load before proceeding.
Once you have decided on a stall location clicking on an available stall will select that stall and reserve it in your name. You may select as many stalls as you need by repeating the process and you will be asked to confirm your selection each time. If you change your mind you will be able to go back and reselect a different stall.
Equipment Hire
In most cases, you will need to provide your own umbrellas, tents, chairs and trestles unless otherwise stated on the registration site for the stall you reserve.
Please note that guy ropes are not permitted.
Parking
Free parking is available all day for stallholders.
Finalising your stall reservation
Your payment in full is required to be received by us within 7 days of selecting your stall otherwise your stall reservation will be cancelled. We therefore recommend you post your payment on the same day you complete your stall selection.
If we do not receive your payment within 7 days you will receive an email advising you that your stall selection has been cancelled. You will then have to log-in to the website and complete the stall selection process again.
Confirmation of stall selection and payment
On receipt of your payment we will activate your selection and you will receive an email confirming your payment and final instructions for the day.
We recommend that you print the confirmation email and bring it with you on the day in order to gain entry to the Fair.
