The 2009 Fair will be the 50th Claremont Lifestyle Fair held by Rotary. The Rotary Club of Western Endeavour is now managing this fair. The Fair is held in Claremont Park, corner Bay View Terrace and Stirling Highway, Claremont. Entry fee is $2 each or $5 per family. Fabulous gate prizes. The Claremont Lifestyle Fair has something for the whole family. The registration page is now live, and if you are interested in becoming a stallholder at the Fair please select Stallholders from the Menu at left and register online. |
Each year, the Fair hosts a large number of stalls which sell goods - gourmet food, coffee, kebabs, craft and gifts, flowers and plants. West Australian wine and boutique beers can be tasted at the Fair and orders placed for their delivery. The Book and White Elephant Stalls have hundreds of bargains. There are displays of boats and luxury cars. |

Sponsorship Opportunities
The Claremont Lifestyle Fair offers a wonderful opportunity to promote your business in the heart of the Western Suburbs.
Contact The Fair Chairman or leave an enquiry on the Fair phone line (9481 3940) to obtain details of our sponsorship package now. Packages range from modest amounts that would cover the cost of a small marquee or sunshade on the ground to larger amounts that include the cost of the perimeter fencing, larger marquees, printed promotional material and signs.
Sponsors will achieve great promotion in the heart of the Western Suburbs before and during this extremely popular Fair. All sponsors will be acknowledged throughout the day of the Fair in Public Announcements from the stage. Larger sponsors will have their logos displayed on printed material to be distributed widely in the Western Suburbs and in schools and businesses for the month prior to the Fair. Sponsors will also have their names included in a full page colour advertisement to appear in the COMMUNITY POST newspaper the day before the Fair.
Education and Sporting Club Expo: A spacious area is set aside for promotion and marketing of schools and sporting clubs, particularly those which service the Western Suburbs. Parents of school-aged children are attracted to the Fair’s Lifestyle theme so this is an ideal opportunity to promote your schools and clubs. If you would like more information about taking a booth in the Expo, please leave a message on the Fair phone line 9481 3940 or email the Fair Chairman.
Celebrate the end of daylight saving on Sunday 30th March by following your nose to Claremont Park at 9am where you will find the Rotary Claremont Lifestyle Fair in full swing: great coffee and food, wine tasting, camel and pony rides, jazz band, fun for the kids plus the fabulous PET SHOW!
Whatever your views on daylight saving, you will have more sunlight that morning and an extra hour in the day, to have fun at the Fair and help raise money for Rotary.
Rotary Club Treasurer, Michael Lee, estimates that the Fair has helped raise more than $1,000,000 for local community and Rotary projects over the past 48 years.
“We are hoping to make this, the 49th Fair an especially huge event” he said. “Every cent of money raised by the Rotary Club at the Fair will go towards saving and improving lives. As in previous years, the Fair will aid research into cancer. It will also contribute to the establishment of the Rotary WA Cord Blood Bank which will ensure supplies of lifesaving cord blood for those who suffer from leukaemia and other malignant and genetic blood diseases. This year we are also aiming to raise enough money to purchase at least 2 new Rotary Shelter Boxes - shelter and beds in a single box for people who have become homeless in disasters around the world.”
The Rotary Club is still looking for more sponsors to help cover the rising expenses of staging the Fair. If your business can help, please call Fair Coordinator Harry Nesbit on the Fair Hotline 9481 3940. Your business will be well promoted at the Fair.
